2. Principle: data minimization

This website is built around privacy by design. We process as little personal data as possible, use no tracking and no advertising cookies, and embed no third-party services that analyze your behavior.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When you access the site, technically necessary data is transmitted to Vercel's servers and processed in server log files. This may involve a transfer to the USA, which is safeguarded by appropriate guarantees (EU Standard Contractual Clauses). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

4. Server log files

When you visit the website, information your browser transmits is automatically collected: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, time of the request and IP address. This data is used for technical delivery, security and stability and is not merged with other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

5. Contact and demo requests

If you contact us via a form or by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, company, message) to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Cookies & tracking

This website sets no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies and uses no third-party tracking. Services such as Google Analytics are not used. No profiling takes place.

7. Fonts

Fonts are served locally from our own server (self-hosted). There is no connection to third-party font servers and therefore no transfer of your IP address to third parties.

8. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser's address bar.

11. Data processing within the GRVITY product

This privacy policy concerns only your visit to this website. The processing of personal data within the GRVITY product (on behalf of our customers) is not covered by this policy but is governed by a separate data processing agreement (DPA).

We adapt this privacy policy whenever changes to the website or to data processing make it necessary. The version published here at any given time applies.
